Oxecet-O is a combination medication primarily used to treat and manage acidity, heartburn, and stomach ulcers (gastric and duodenal ulcers). It provides fast relief from the burning sensation and pain associated with excess stomach acid and inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis).

Oxecet-O works through a dual-action formula: Sucralfate: Acts as an "ulcer protectant." It forms a physical barrier or coating over the damaged ulcer tissue, shielding it from stomach acid and pepsin so it can heal. Oxetacaine: A potent local anesthetic that numbs the stomach lining, providing immediate relief from pain and discomfort.
